Brainfogx.com uses cookies to manage user sessions. These cookies are essential for the quiz to function correctly. Cookie consent is requested from users the first time they visit the website. This cookie contains no personal data.
Our email reminder service runs on the MailerLite.com system. MailerLite only uses cookies that are necessary for its operation. MailerLite adds a cookie to your browser when you fill out the Reminder Service form.
MailerLite forms, including the form used to register for our reminder service, have the ml_guid local storage cookie. We utilize this cookie to identify users that submit MailerLite surveys, and we display accurate survey results based on it.

Information We Collect
Quiz Data: When you take the quiz on our website, we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information, unless you choose to join our reminder service. If you add your email address to the reminder service form after you have completed the quiz you will get an email confirming your mental acuity score as well as a link that will confirm that you wish to receive reminders to retake the quiz at regular intervals.
If you complete the quiz without adding your email address to the reminder then you won’t be emailed and no connection can be made between you and your quiz score and we cannot retrieve your score.
We do store quiz data for our own analysis and to monitor the efficacy of the system. However none of this quiz data is associated with your email addresses or any other identifiable personal information.
Reminder Service: If you opt into our reminder service, we collect and store your email address. However we do not associate your email address with your quiz scores or any other personal information. It is your responsibility to record your score.
What rights you have over your data
If you use the Brain Fox X reminder service you can request a copy an CSV file of any quiz data we hold about you. This is limited to the quiz results that you attached to your email address when registering for the reminder service. You can also request that we erase the personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your email address is held in the MailerLite system and can be deleted by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link that is part of every email that is sent to you from Brainfogx.com.
